01Scope and agreements

These terms govern use of the DigiCharge Technology Limited website and related business services. By using the services, you agree to the terms applicable to that use.

Specific purchasing, pricing, payment, delivery and service commitments are governed by the relevant written partnership agreement and confirmed order conditions. In a conflict, that agreement prevails for the relevant matter, subject to mandatory law.

02Our services

We supply digital products to business customers, including game top-ups, CDKs and activation keys, gift cards, subscriptions and other virtual products. Related API services may support product queries, order placement, status checks and delivery.

Availability, region, currency, denomination, redemption conditions and delivery method depend on the product and confirmed order. Information on this website is an invitation to discuss a partnership and does not itself confirm an order.

03Business authority and account security

You must be authorized to act for the business you represent and provide accurate, current information. Protect your accounts, API keys and other credentials from unauthorized use.

Notify us promptly if credentials are exposed or you suspect unauthorized activity, and cooperate with reasonable steps to secure the service.

04Orders and delivery

Before submitting an order, verify the product, quantity, region, currency and all account, server and delivery information. Delivery may take place through a direct top-up, digital code or another agreed method.

Processing may be affected by suppliers, third-party platforms, maintenance or verification. Performance figures and integration timelines in company materials are reference information; binding service levels and remedies must be agreed in writing.

05Pricing and payment

Prices, settlement currencies, payment methods, applicable taxes and fees are set out in the relevant agreement or order conditions. Future prices may change with availability and supplier pricing. Changes to confirmed orders are handled under the parties’ agreement.

06Cancellations, refunds and order issues

Due to the nature of digital products, successfully completed top-ups and digital codes, activation keys or gift cards already delivered and disclosed to the customer are generally not eligible for cancellation, exchange or a change-of-mind refund.

If an order is not delivered, a top-up fails, or an invalid code, incorrect product or duplicate charge is verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reprocessing or refund of the relevant amount.

Orders successfully completed using incorrect information provided by the customer are generally irreversible. We will provide reasonable assistance with investigation and resolution.

Report issues promptly to business@digi2gm.com with your order reference and supporting information. We recommend reporting within seven days of delivery to help investigation; this recommended period does not limit rights under applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method or another settlement method agreed by both parties. Receipt of funds depends on the payment provider and bank. A separate written agreement may set specific arrangements, subject to mandatory legal rights.

07Acceptable use and API access

Follow the supplied API documentation and agreed usage limits. You must not:

  • Access accounts, orders or data without authorization.
  • Bypass authentication, security controls or request limits.
  • Send malicious requests or disrupt service operations.
  • Use the services for fraud, unlawful transactions or infringement of third-party rights.

08Third-party products and intellectual property

Digital products may be subject to the issuer’s redemption rules, regional restrictions and usage conditions. Review these requirements before purchase or distribution.

Website content, technical documentation, trademarks and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use them only as permitted by law or the relevant authorization. Display of a third-party brand does not by itself establish official agency, endorsement or authorization.

09Service changes, suspension and responsibility

Maintenance, third-party failures, security incidents or other reasonable causes may require changes or temporary interruption. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security risks or material misuse, and provide notice and an explanation as appropriate.

Notification, restoration, outstanding orders, responsibility for losses and any liability limits are addressed in the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions. Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides another dispute resolution mechanism, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the services.

These provisions do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change. The date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be notified where required; changes to existing agreements and confirmed orders are governed by those agreements and applicable law.
