01About this policy

DigiCharge Technology Limited (“DigiCharge”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides digital product supply and API integration services to business customers, platforms and distribution partners. This policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website and business relationships.

02Information we collect

The information we process depends on how you interact with us. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or the services you request.

  • Business enquiries: company name, contact name, work email, target market, product interests, message and the time your consent is recorded.
  • Partnership information: business details, authorized contacts and correspondence needed to establish and manage a commercial relationship.
  • Order and service information, where relevant: product details, order references, transaction status and account IDs, servers or regions needed to fulfill a top-up or digital product order.
  • Technical information: IP addresses and necessary request or error information used to operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate technical issues.
  • Support records: communications about integration, orders, delivery and after-sales enquiries.

03How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess partnership requirements, manage business relationships, fulfill agreed services, provide support, protect our systems and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, including taking requested steps before a contract, performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, or consent. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

If we send promotional communications, we will provide the choices and unsubscribe options required by applicable law.

04When information is shared

We may share information needed to provide the relevant service with product suppliers, fulfillment partners, hosting and technical service providers, and professional advisers. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality or data protection arrangements.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid request from an authorized authority.

05How long we retain information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business relationships, handle orders and support, protect security or meet legal obligations. The period depends on the information, its purpose, the relationship and any unresolved dispute.

Transaction, accounting and supporting records subject to Hong Kong tax record-keeping requirements are retained for at least seven years. A longer period may apply where required by law or an unresolved dispute.

Other personal information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Information retained for legal purposes is restricted to the relevant purpose.

06Security and international processing

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our international supply relationships may involve processing information outside your country or region. Where this occurs, we apply safeguards required by the laws applicable to that transfer. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your relationship with us.

07Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions, including required record retention.

Contact business@digi2gm.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority, including the Hong Kong Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data where applicable.

08Information submitted by partners

If you provide information about your end users or other individuals, you must have a lawful basis to provide it and give any required privacy notices. Where we process personal information on your behalf, the parties should document their respective roles, instructions and responsibilities in the applicable agreement.

Our services are directed to businesses and their authorized representatives, rather than children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us.

09Cookies, links and policy updates

Our Cookie Policy explains the website’s use of browser storage and similar technologies. External websites have their own privacy practices; please review their policies before providing information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice of material changes where required.
